Here you can find all you need to know about my Commission Agreement and Terms. Please read carefully and make sure you agree to the following points before reaching out.

Engagement

• Client provides clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront, including reference materials or assets before Work begins. If a character lacks established references, please feel free to check my Character Sheet/Design commissions, or ask me directly about a slight stylization, this may have a design fee (+40 usd).
• Client warrants that they have the authority to enter this agreement, be the point of contact and is solely responsible for decisions and approval during the process.
• Artist strives to perform to the best of their ability in good faith and warrants Work is 100% original according to Artist’s best knowledge.
• Artist will deliver a download link that includes, high res finished product, folder with wips, sketches, discarded ideas and final PSD file.

Copyright and/or Usage.

‣ For the Artist:
• I retain all rights to the artwork, which includes but not limited to: self-promotion, display on public sites, commission samples (Please consult me when it comes about private commissions).
• I do not take ownership or design of the characters featured in the commission.
• I retain the right to refuse commissions in the case i am not confident or comfortable with what is requested.‣ For the Client:
• Commission is for personal purpose ONLY. No commercial use under any means.
• Commission for youtuber, V-tuber clients: Approved usage is limited to self-promotion, social media update, video thumbnail, avatar, header, banner, profile pic with credit to the artist.
• Using commission in blockchain technology (NFT or any other forms of crypto-currency) is strictly prohited.
• Putting commission in any kind of AI art-generated website/ tools (i.e. Midjourney, Mimic, etc...) is strictly prohited.
• Resize, crop for icons, wallpapers or other personal use are welcomed.

Content Restrictions

• I will not work projects that involve explicit offensive and/or innapropiate content.

Revisions and Communication

• Ongoing communication and discussion will occur throughout the project, including work in progress, idea generation and collaboration, situational updates, and more.
• Please feel free to DM me about your commission, direction is always greatly appreciated
• Artist response time may vary, this due to either provide a better/more concrete updates, or timezones.
• The Artist and Client agree to discuss relevant matters concerning the project. Both parties have the right to decline other topics of discussion.
• One revision is allowed per item shown to the Client during the process.
• Additional charges for excessive revisions may be required.
• Revisions may affect progress and timeline.

Timeline and Process

• Work completion requires 3 weeks minimum, up to 3+ months depending on each project (simple bust paintings to full completed illustrations). However if you have a defined timeline, please let me know, we can always talk and arrange a specific date.
• Timeline depends on commission type, complexity, and workload.
• My workflow consist of, composition sketch ideas - clean ups - color blocking/flats - rendering - final stage. I work at my best when i take my time in painting to achieve good results.
• Artist provides progress updates and seeks Client feedback voluntarily.
• If there are any delays and adjustments to timeline, the Artist will inform the Client.

Payment.

• Payment method: Paypal (USD) or Ko-fi. Payment must be upfront.
• I can draw: fanarts, OCs, knight armors, non-human creatures, NSFW (If you have questions about certain characters please feel free to approach me).
• I cannot draw: please consult directly if you consider your request might be hard to clasify.

Cancelled Works and Refund.

• No refunds are possible after work begins unless initiated by the Artist and except for circumstances due to the Artist.
• If I could not complete the commission, you will be refund 100% the net amount I receive from Paypal.
